You must have a numbered admission ticket or an advance ticket sold at "Ticket Pia (Japanese ticket sales website)" to enter the museum on that day.

Residents outside of Japan are not eligible to make reservations through "Ticket Pia".
For this reason, please e-mail us with the following information and we will accept your reservation.

However, we will respond only in English or Japanese. Reservations will not be accepted if the deadline for acceptance has passed or if the number of participants is already oversubscribed.

*Please be sure to come to the tent in front of the museum during the reserved time to receive a numbered ticket before entering the museum. If you miss your appointment, you will not be allowed to enter the museum.
*Once you are outside the museum, you will not be allowed to enter the museum again.
*Payment is accepted only in cash (Japanese yen only). Cashless payment is not available.
*We reserve the right to refuse reservations in the event that we already have a large number of reservations. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.
